Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within **1-3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- **Domestic (India):** Estimated delivery time is typically **5-7 business days** after processing.

Packaging & Care for Fragile Items
Our cow dung-based idols and Diyas are fragile. We package all items carefully to withstand transit. If you receive a damaged product, please refer to the **Damaged or Defective Items** section of our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy.
