At Brijttatva, we are committed to providing you with pure, sacred, and eco-friendly products. We strive to make your experience hassle-free, covering cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation Policy

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery of your **Brijttatva** products for your rituals.

  • Immediate Cancellation (Recommended): You may cancel your order for a **full refund within 12 hours** of placing the order. To do this, you must immediately email info@brijttatva.com with the subject line: **URGENT CANCELLATION: [Your Order Number]**.
  • Post-Shipping Cancellation: If your order has already been processed and shipped (typically after 12 hours), we are unable to stop the shipment. In this case, you will need to receive the package and follow the **Refund and Return Policy** below.

Refund and Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Timeline: You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the sacred and personal nature of our products, **used items** (such as Dhoop Sticks, Sambrani Cups, or items from the Pooja Box that have been lit or opened) are **not eligible** for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items (Brijttatva’s Cow Dung-Based Products)

We take utmost care in packaging our fragile, cow dung-based products (Idols, Diyas). If your item arrives broken, cracked, or defective:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Send an email to info@brijttatva.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage.
  3. Upon verification of the damage, we will offer you a **full refund or send a replacement product** immediately, at no extra cost to you. We generally will **not require the damaged item to be shipped back**.

How to Initiate a Return (Non-Damaged Items)

  1. Email us at info@brijttatva.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address of **Shri Anadi Industriess**.
  3. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within **7-10 business days**.
